From crate chaos to clean refreshment: How Re:Drink simplifies office life at the push of a button
Alexander Thamm stands for innovative, forward-thinking data science solutions. The company drives digital transformation and helps leverage data and artificial intelligence profitably to make everyday work more efficient and smarter.
Before Re:Drink
the beverage supply at Alexander Thamm was a real effort. Office manager Davina regularly hauled crates, organized orders, and struggled with the deposit returns, as the delivery service often didn't take everything back. The result: a chaotic storeroom full of bottles and crates, which was not only impractical but also dangerous.
The physical burden was enormous: back pain from carrying crates and the constant risk of toppling stacks. Refilling the fridge also consumed unnecessary time. At first, there were concerns in the team "If there's no Spezi here anymore, I'll have to quit!" (quote from an employee)
What you notice with Re:Drink is that they are truly committed to finding the best possible solution.

First Impressions & Taste Test
After the installation of Re:Drink, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive – even Spezi and Mate fans were open to trying something new. Previously, 1–2 crates of Mate and Spezi were consumed weekly, but now the team refreshes themselves across a variety of drink options and drinks more than before.
Particularly popular are the caffeinated options. Initial internal calculations show that you only need 1.5 times as much Donauwalter green tea to match the caffeine content of Mate.
Although Re:Drink is not seen as a traditional employee benefit, it enhances the office environment and contributes to a positive workplace atmosphere.
